Integrate one Aha! workspace with multiple third-party systems

Note: This article refers to releases and features. Depending on your workspace type, you may see "schedules" and “activities" in your workspace.

Aha! workspaces can be integrated with multiple tools. For example, you may have an engineering team that uses Jira, but a UX team that uses Trello and you want to be able to push different features to each team.

It is important to note that you can even integrate one Aha! workspaces with multiple projects in the same third party system like Jira. Just be sure to rename each integration (look in the upper left corner and click on "Jira" or whatever system integration you choose).

Simply create as many integrations as you need per workspace. If you do, we suggest individually sending features to the desired system. This is because if you send an entire release it will send all of the features. Once an integration has been configured, you can use the Actions button to send releases or individual features.

Remember, if there's a tool that isn't yet included in native integrations, you may always use the Aha! REST API.
