Aha! Knowledge | Export documents

Export a static version of any note or whiteboard for use outside your Aha! Knowledge account.

To export a workspace document, open the document and click its Export button in the upper right. Then select a file type.
To export a personal document, open the document from your My work page and click the More options menu. Then select a file type under the Export heading.

The type of file you can export depends on the type of document you are accessing — note or whiteboard.

Your exported document will be saved on your computer.
