Delete your Aha! account

If you need to delete your Aha! account, we are here to guide you through the process. The steps below will help you request the deletion and understand what will happen to your data.

Request an account deletion

To request an account deletion, an administrator with billing permissions must contact our support team.

• Send an email: Email our Customer Success team at support@aha.io to request the deletion of your account.

Before you can delete your Aha! account, you should cancel your Aha! subscription. You can request both cancellation and deletion in the same email.

A member of our Customer Success team will respond to your request promptly.

What happens to your data

Your data deletion request will be processed within X days. Once it has been processed, your account's data will be deleted on the following schedule:

• Immediate deletion: All account data associated with your Aha! account will be deleted promptly.

• Backup and log data: Backups of your account and any development log data will be automatically deleted at the end of a one-year retention period.
