What is changing?

The new presentation views have significant improvements.

  • Shared views will match the style of the details view seen by Aha! users.

  • The sections on the Visible fields dropdown will match the tabs in your layout.

  • Enterprise+ customers using advanced custom layouts will see the applicable fields based on the status of the record when it is added to the presentation.

Here is a record (shared into a presentation) in the current design:

What is not changing?

This update affects the look of records when added to an Aha! presentation. It does not affect how presentations fundamentally work in your Aha! Roadmaps account:

  • You can still add goals, initiatives, releases, epics, and features to presentations.

  • Your records can still be added by clicking on the More options button on the record.

  • You can still configure which fields you want to be visible on a presentation view.

What do I need to do to prepare?

No action is needed for record views set to Live update or Refresh on update. These will update to the new design automatically on November 17, 2021.

Any views that have an update frequency of Manual snapshot will not switch to the new design until you manually refresh or change the view to a different update frequency.
