Welcome to Aha! Ideas — the best way to crowdsource feedback, engage a community, and develop customer empathy. You can seamlessly collect and prioritize ideas via a custom-branded portal. There is new breakthrough functionality like live empathy sessions and in-app community feedback.

Aha! Ideas has two plan options — Ideas Essential and Ideas Advanced. The Essentials plan includes unlimited ideas portals that you can customize to match your brand, plus unlimited ideas portal users, the ability to score feedback, and basic reporting. The Advanced plan includes all the features of the Essentials plan plus live empathy sessions, an in-app feedback widget for your web application, proxy voting, and advanced reporting.

All trial accounts start with Ideas Advanced. To get acquainted with your new account, try the Quick Start Guide. You will be guided through the application with tours of each area of functionality. (You can connect with our Customer Success team directly from the Quick Start Guide too.)

As you explore your new account, you will find a tour with helpful tooltips on nearly every page. Hover over the ? icon on the top-right side of your screen, then click Show tooltips on any page where a tour is available.
