October 30, 2020 release notes


This week we introduced empathy sessions — live chat-based conversations designed to connect you with your customers. With empathy sessions, you can focus the conversation on specific ideas, capture feedback in polls, and star learnings for post-session work.

  • Approval to-dos created by an automation rule will now require all assignees to complete the approval. This is the same behavior as when an approval to-do is created manually.

  • Text formatted with the quote option in the Aha! text editor has an improved style with a left border.


  • When searching for tags with an underscore, an issue was causing no results to appear, despite existing tags that matched.
