Update a workflow status time

PUT /api/v1/workflow_status_times/:id

Parameters
Name	Description
`workflow_status_id *`	Numeric ID of the workflow status
`started_at`	UTC timestamp (in ISO8601 format) when the record entered this status
`ended_at`	UTC timestamp (in ISO8601 format) when the record left this status. Null if still in this status
