Idea Portals API

Replace the idea portals linked to a product

PUT /api/v1/products/:product_id/idea_portals

Parameters
Name	Description
`product_id *`	Numeric ID or key of the product
`idea_portal_ids *`	Array of idea portal IDs to link to the product. Replaces the complete set of linked portals; an empty array unlinks all portals.
