Not every product launch plan will require every item in the checklist. Use the list as a starting point to evaluate what various teams across your organization might need to do.

  1. Gather cross-functional teammates Bring the right representatives together and organize the plan by the type of work required — for example, product, go-to-market, systems, sales, customer support, and feedback.
