Customer interviews are one of the best ways to understand what customers really need. But coordinating schedules can be a pain — especially when plans change. Today's update keeps your research on track, so you can spend more time learning from customers.
Participants can now easily reschedule interviews themselves in Aha! Discovery — using the same scheduling page where they booked the meeting.
Keep interview schedules running smoothly
Aha! Discovery helps product teams run interviews, capture insights, and connect learnings directly to your roadmap. Create a custom scheduling page based on your Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar availability, then invite customers to join an individual interview or focus group. If plans change, participants can now return to the same scheduling page to choose another available time.
Here is how it works:
Schedule interviews: Built-in scheduling pages make it easy for customers to self-select a meeting time.
Reschedule as needed: Participants can access their scheduling page from the calendar invitation or confirmation email to change the time.
See only available times: Participants choose from times that match your current availability.
Keep everyone updated: Calendar invitations and confirmation emails are updated automatically after the new time is confirmed.

How to get started
Set up your interview scheduling workflow and define the availability you want participants to see.
Share the scheduling page with participants so they can choose a time for an individual interview or focus group.
If participants need to reschedule, they can click View schedule details from the invitation or confirmation email.
On the Schedule details page, they can choose Reschedule and pick a new time that matches the host's availability.
Participants can select Confirm to save the new interview time and review the updated confirmation email and calendar event details.
