Streamline interview scheduling
Create a scheduling page for each study. Describe your research so participants know what to expect. Customize the page with your logo and brand color. Then, select a date range, researchers, and meeting times to establish who is available and when. Preview the page before sharing with participants.

Choose a meeting format
Set up individual or group interviews. Individual meetings are ideal for deeper 1:1 conversations, while group sessions are perfect for focus groups. Set the duration and cap the registration so everyone can contribute. This expands the way you listen to customers — so you can uncover fresh ideas to improve your product.

Manage your availability
Control when participants can book time with you. Set your weekly hours, define how far in advance participants can schedule, and specify how much notice you need. Sync your Microsoft Outlook calendar with Aha! Discovery to avoid scheduling conflicts — or manually add your available times.

Provide a meeting link
Add a meeting URL to share with participants when they select a time to meet with you. Or integrate with Zoom or Microsoft Teams to automatically generate a link. Record the live meeting. At the end, the integration uploads the video and transcript. Of course, you can also add them to Aha! Discovery yourself to analyze your findings.

Streamline communication
Send personalized emails to the customers you want to meet with. Customize the invitation macro, inserting dynamic variables for the participant name, research study, and scheduling link. Participants can book a convenient time after receiving the email. Set up confirmation and reminder macros, too. And swiftly manage replies with a messaging center.

Stay organized
Track interview progress in a central view. See who has been invited and the interview status to keep research efforts moving forward. Manage upcoming interviews on an interactive calendar. Filter by product and study to get a clear view of who you are talking to and when. This is also an easy way to review past sessions.
