Everyone is racing to build faster with AI. And yes, the potential is huge. But generic tools only go so far. Over the last three months, we launched purpose-built AI capabilities across the Aha! suite — along with powerful workflow improvements to help you go from discovery to delivery with ease.
We delivered a new AI assistant and core product enhancements to help you plan, collaborate, and deliver in Aha! software.
Have you tried the new AI assistant yet? You can access it anywhere in our suite of products. Just look for the ✨ sparkle icon in the top nav and text editor toolbar. Use it to summarize research, draft text, generate records, analyze data, and even build interactive prototypes. Our PMs show you how in our latest tutorial recording.
We also launched an AI prompt library with 40+ prompts our product team uses every day — from discovery to roadmap planning. Take them as written, tailor them to your workflow, and favorite the ones you return to most.
Another major improvement this quarter: a next-generation text editor. It pairs with the AI assistant to make writing and planning faster. Adjust formatting with new toolbars, turn highlighted text into records, and reuse snippets across documents.

New in Aha! Roadmaps
When roadmap priorities shift, you need flexible views and smarter dependency management to keep plans accurate. Here's what is new this quarter:
View your product data in different ways: Use the new view switcher to change between lists, roadmaps, charts, and other reports. See your plans from new angles and make stronger decisions.
Choose how dependencies affect dates: Decide whether related records update each other. Keep managing dates manually, or turn on auto-shift so schedules adjust based on dependent work. Reduce surprises and keep plans in sync.
Turn highlighted text into a record: Convert any selected text into an Aha! record (ideas, to-dos, or features) anywhere in our suite of products. Move quickly from captured input to actionable work.
Changes to the data in one view will be reflected in any connected view.
New in Aha! Discovery
Product discovery requires efficient research coordination and smart analysis to turn customer conversations into product decisions. Here's what we delivered:
Connect with more customers: Schedule group interviews to gather diverse input in a single session. Create one event, invite multiple participants, and capture perspectives together. Compare viewpoints live to find shared priorities and generate new ideas.
Book interviews faster: Sync your Microsoft Outlook calendar with Aha! Discovery so participants can easily book available slots. Reduce back-and-forth and keep research moving. (Available for Aha! Discovery Advanced)
Uncover product insights: The AI assistant analyzes interview transcripts quickly. Use targeted prompts to identify pain points, spot patterns, and highlight what matters most.
Analyze highlights on a whiteboard: Export interview highlights to a whiteboard for structured analysis. Place key insights on the canvas, then organize with frameworks like empathy or journey maps. Annotate decisions and align the team on what to do next. (Available for Aha! Discovery Advanced)

New in Aha! Ideas
Customer feedback flows in from everywhere, so you need clear workflows to evaluate, prioritize, and act on the right requests. Here's what we built:
Get a kanban-style view of ideas: Use the new Ideas board to review, prioritize, and take action on feedback and requests. Drag cards across status columns, add details inline, and assign next steps without leaving the view. Keep work moving so nothing gets missed.
Improve how teams search in Salesforce: Help customer-facing teams find and add feedback faster. Use enhanced search and new filters in the Salesforce integration to match requests to existing ideas. Capture context at the source and reduce duplicate submissions. (Available for Aha! Ideas Advanced).

Add swimlanes to group ideas by theme, category, or assignee for added structure.
New in Aha! Whiteboards
Visual collaboration moves teams from brainstorming to concrete plans, especially when you can connect ideas directly to your roadmap. Here's what is new:
Speed up early thinking: The AI assistant in whiteboards generates user flows, wireframes, and more. Start from a prompt, then refine the canvas as ideas evolve. It is a great way to accelerate exploration and get early feedback.
Wireframe smarter with component blocks: Use pre-built wireframe blocks in Aha! Whiteboards Advanced to quickly shape your thinking. Drag common UI elements onto the canvas and adjust to fit your use case.
See all the details of your plan: Import parent, child, and dependent records to your whiteboard in one action so you can make more informed product decisions. View relationships, discuss trade-offs, and spot potential roadblocks before they slow delivery.
Use smart zones to update records: Place records into smart zones to update roadmap fields automatically. Move items on the canvas and watch statuses or dates change based on where you drop them. Keep plans current while you collaborate.

New in Aha! Teamwork and Aha! Develop
Better estimates and timeline visibility make team delivery more predictable. Here's what we shipped:
Plan with greater confidence: The enhanced cycle and lead time report shows past delivery performance and forecasts timelines. Review historical delivery patterns and spot trends across iterations.
Autogenerate initial estimates: Historical cycle time data suggests initial estimates for new features. Start planning faster, then refine estimates with the team.
Share sprint plans on a visual timeline: Show upcoming sprints with their features and requirements on a timeline view. Drag to adjust dates and see updates reflected across plans. Communicate scope clearly and track progress at a glance.
Turn Slack messages into structured work: Create work items like user stories, to-dos, and requirements directly from Slack. It is a fast way to capture important context without leaving the flow of work.
