From the Salesforce opportunity, the rep opens the Request an idea window and searches by category. They quickly find an existing idea, review the details, and link it to their opportunity. This makes it easy for the rep to track the idea's status. It also helps you understand the request's value.
If no matching idea exists, create a new one directly from Salesforce by filling in the required fields.
Gather feedback on popular ideas
Now, imagine you have an idea you are actively seeking feedback on. Pin it to the top of the search interface in Salesforce.
