We find joy in delivering new functionality that helps you do meaningful work.
We started 2020 with a significant launch that made roadmapping available for all teams. You can now choose from six prebuilt workspaces for product, IT, services, project, business operations, and marketing teams. Now cross-functional teams can set strategy, capture ideas, and prioritize work in a unified way.
We have been busy — delivering new functionality and important enhancements, including advanced capabilities for larger teams.

Enhanced strategic roadmap
Show how your plans will become a reality. Now you can visualize the work that supports your initiatives directly on the strategy roadmap. A timeline at the top shows release dates. Unfurl an initiative to see all of the epics and features you have planned.
Give sales and support teams a better way to advocate for customers. You can now enable proxy voting in private ideas portals. This makes it easy for internal teams to capture feedback and add votes on behalf of customers directly in Aha!
Share your brilliant plans in a beautiful presentation. You can now create themes with consistent slide layouts that include your logo, brand colors, and font styles. We also made it possible to crop images and add tables in presentations so you can build even more compelling roadmap presentations.
Many teams love using notes to document important information. Note templates are ideal for capturing meeting agendas, customer interviews, sprint retrospectives, and more. But sometimes you need to jot down ideas for yourself. So we added personal notes to give everyone their own place in Aha!
We also added some important new functionality to our Enterprise+ plan — automation and capacity planning for teams. These advanced capabilities are especially beneficial for large organizations. The Enterprise+ plan also includes a hands-on level of support from our concierge team, advanced security and backup features, as well as ongoing training services. Flexible automation rules
Earlier in the year, we introduced automation. This makes it possible to automatically update fields, assign work, send notifications, and more. We recently enhanced this functionality so you can dynamically assign work to a teammate listed in a standard or custom user field.
Capacity planning for teams
We tackled one of the biggest areas where you told us you needed help — capacity planning for teams. Now you can set plans based on each team’s availability. You can also estimate work in different ways (people, hours, or cost) and create alternate scenarios to select the optimal path.
