Just Launched! — New Workspaces for IT, Project Management, Services, and Business Teams

We started Aha! in 2013 because we wanted to help companies build what customers love and be happy doing it. Product teams were the beginning, but we quickly discovered that many other groups were struggling to capture strategy, create visual plans, and report on the impact of their work. So last year we introduced a workspace for marketing teams. And now to kick off 2020, we are expanding to serve even more groups.

Today, we are excited to announce four new workspaces in Aha! — prebuilt for IT, project, services, and business operations teams.

Aha! helps you set strategy, capture ideas, prioritize work, and share visual roadmaps. That core functionality is available in every type of workspace. With the addition of these four new workspaces, there is now a special place in Aha! for you — no matter what products you build or projects you manage.

Each workspace is optimized for a given function, with navigation and terminology that is unique to that group. There are specific record types, workflows, and statuses too. Teams can work independently or collaborate cross-functionally in the same account. Bring all of your teams together in Aha! — create a shared vision with clear goals and align the entire organization.

Aha! administrators and workspace owners can add new workspaces. There is no limit, so add as many as you need. Let’s take a look at what is new:

The IT workspace in Aha! is designed so that you can manage resources effectively, formalize workflows, and streamline internal feedback.

The capacity report helps you plan the scope of each release and set realistic completion dates.

Centralizing your project plans in Aha! keeps everyone focused on what needs to happen and when. You can define project management best practices, allocate resources, and monitor every dependency. Track progress as it happens in real-time so you can manage risk and successfully meet completion dates.

The Gantt chart provides visibility into planned, current, and completed activities.

Services workspace — deliver offerings clients desire
A services workspace is ideal for creating a visual plan to define what professional and other support offerings to deliver. Bring everyone together in a central place so you can map out new offerings, improve existing ones, and schedule service delivery. You can even track customer engagements separately. Deliver the solutions your clients truly need — they will love you for it.

The user story map enables you to create and prioritize work based on what your customer is trying to do.

Business operations workspace — establish a model for excellence
