Create user groups to streamline communication in Aha! Roadmaps
If you have ever started typing an @mention and found yourself adding lots of teammates, you have probably wished you could create a group. After all, the people you regularly work and communicate with are often the same folks. Today's update enables you to create and save groups.
Create internal user groups in Aha! Roadmaps to @mention teammates, assign to-dos, and add watchers faster.
Reach everyone you need in one step
Comments, to-dos, and watchers each serve a different purpose in Aha! Roadmaps. But they all improve collaboration. And they also tend to involve many of the same people. User groups work across all of these places. Create a group once, give it an @mention handle, and use it wherever you would normally add people individually.
Here is how it works:
Create user groups: Build a group of teammates and assign it a unique @mention handle.
@mention in comments: Notify everyone in the group with a single @mention when you add comments.
Assign to-dos: Send the same to-do to every member of the group to keep tasks progressing.
Add watchers: Add the whole group as watchers on a record so everyone stays informed.
User groups are available on the Aha! Roadmaps Enterprise+ plan. This plan is especially beneficial for large organizations with many strategic workstreams. Admins can create and manage user groups, and everyone in the account can use existing groups in comments, to-dos, and watchers.
How to get started
Navigate to Settings Account Customizations User groups.
Create a user group and give it a unique @mention handle.
Add members from your account user list by searching for people or filtering by workspace.
Use the group in comments, to-dos, or watchers throughout Aha! Roadmaps.
Return to the group anytime to update its membership.
