Introducing the Aha! Notebooks Advanced Plan for Teams

Today, we are excited to take this a step further — making it possible for everyone on your team to co-create in a centralized location.

The Aha! Notebooks Advanced plan is now available for standalone accounts — making it possible to work with your team on notes, whiteboards, and to-dos in one place.

Aha! Notebooks made its debut late last year. We initially launched it for individual product builders — iterating fast to build a top-notch solution that provides everything you need to brainstorm and refine concepts. With more than 50 expert templates and enhanced capabilities for notes, whiteboards, and task management, Aha! Notebooks is now ready for the entire team to use.

The new Advanced plan ($18/user/month) includes all of the functionality in the Essentials plan ($9/user/month) — but users are able to create unlimited workspaces for different teams. The Advanced plan also includes unlimited AI drafting and the ability to create custom note and whiteboard templates. Other advanced features, such as single sign-on, are coming soon.

As a reminder, everything in the Aha! Notebooks Advanced plan is included in all of our other Aha! products at no extra charge — providing an integrated experience as you go from concept to actionable plan. Additionally, you can add Aha! Notebooks Advanced users to your Aha! Roadmaps account, so they can view, edit, and create documents in selected workspaces. This fosters an extraordinary level of collaboration as you rally teammates across the organization — transforming the way you work together to come up with the next breakthrough idea.

Let's take a closer look at what you can do with the new plan:

Create a workspace

When you open Aha! Notebooks, you will see a workspace selector in the top left of the application. Here you can toggle between My work, which is for managing your personal documents, and any team workspaces that you have permission to access. Quickly add a new workspace from this menu or navigate to your account settings, creating as many workspaces as you need for different teams.

Click your profile image in the top right corner of the application to access workspace, user management, and billing settings.

Collaborate with the team

Add an unlimited number of documents to your workspace. Notes are perfect for capturing team information like meeting agendas, internal processes, customer research, and more. Or quickly spin up a whiteboard for a brainstorming session or to collaborate on early-stage plans. Below, you can see team members working side-by-side to weigh up the pros and cons of new features.

Manage team tasks

Assign to-dos to team members to keep work progressing. For example, you could ask teammates to add their updates to a meeting agenda or review a user flow for a new product experience. Use the My work page to efficiently manage all of your tasks in one view — keeping everything organized in one convenient place.
