Unlock customer requests from sales and support interactions

Sales and support teams are one of your best sources for product insights. They hear what customers need, what prospects ask for, and what could put renewals at risk. But without thoughtful integrations, that information gets trapped in disparate tools. This is why we have built multiple powerful CRM integrations, like Salesforce. And we are excited to add HubSpot to the list.

With the new Aha! Ideas + HubSpot integration, sales and support teams can create a new idea or link to an existing one directly from HubSpot. You then immediately see that feedback in Aha! Ideas — along with the companies and individual contacts connected to each request. You can also map important company details like ARR to organizations so you can evaluate ideas based on the total revenue behind them.

Here is what you can do:

  • Capture requests in context: Capture new ideas or add proxy votes to existing ones from a HubSpot company, deal, or ticket.

  • Understand revenue potential: See which customers requested each idea and the total deal value to inform prioritization.

  • Analyze feedback by company: Map company and financial information in HubSpot to Aha! organizations and create segments for richer insights.

  • Close the loop automatically: Idea status immediately syncs to HubSpot so reps know when to follow up.

The HubSpot integration is available now for all Aha! Ideas Advanced customers. If you would like to try it in your existing Aha! Roadmaps account, enable a free trial in your account settings.

How to get started

  1. In Aha!, go to Settings Account Integrations. Under Customer relationship management, select HubSpot.

  2. Authorize the integration and connect your HubSpot account.

  3. Choose an ideas portal for HubSpot users (they will be added automatically).

  4. Map HubSpot company fields to Aha! organizations to bring in key details such as ARR and industry.

  5. In HubSpot, add the Aha! Ideas app card to your company, deal, and ticket pages.

  6. Enable the proxy vote form so your teammates can add helpful context — like why the customer needs the idea and how urgent it is — right at the point of capture.
