Aha! Discovery is the new way to manage customer interviews. You can upload interview recordings, analyze transcripts with AI, and share insights that validate your product plans.
Now, you can bring stakeholders even closer to the voice of the customer. Turn interview highlights into video or audio clips and link them to records in Aha! software — so everyone hears important feedback in context.
Here is what you can do:
Create clips: Highlight transcript text and generate a short video or audio snippet.
Link to work: Attach clips to Aha! records (such as initiatives, features, or ideas) for instant playback.
Share insights: Let anyone in your Aha! Roadmaps account watch the clips (including Reviewers and Viewers).
Use clips to capture, share, and replay the key moments that shape your product direction.
Clips are now available for all Aha! Discovery customers. You can use Aha! Discovery as a standalone product or alongside Aha! Roadmaps to connect the voice of the customer directly to your roadmap.

How to get started
Open any interview from the Interviews tab.
Highlight a key moment in the transcript and click Create clip.
Preview the clip, adjust the AI-generated title as needed and add a description, and click Create.
Once the clip is created, click the Aha! record icon to link it to an Aha! record.
You can also view and replay clips from the Highlights side panel to the right of a transcript.
