Just Launched! — Quickly Find the Product and Marketing Reports You Use Most

by Claire George

“Where is that report I had open earlier?” Grrrrr. Searching through a long list of saved views to get back to the one I want can be so frustrating. Especially when I am preparing for an important meeting. And I know I am not alone. So we wanted to give you a quicker way to access the reports and roadmaps you view most.

Now you can find reports and roadmaps faster, with new filters for recently viewed and favorites.

The reports dashboard is where you can find all of your charts, list views, roadmaps, and notebooks. Or you can select saved views from the dropdown menu that is available on nearly any page in the application. In both places, you can search saved reports by name. But we know that you often need to go back to the same set of reports — for different reasons. So we enhanced the reports dashboard and saved views modal.

Here are the new ways you can find your recently viewed and favorite reports:

Reports dashboard In a new section at the top of the reports dashboard, you can now see thumbnails of the last four reports you opened. Or you can use the recents option in the left sidebar. See a full list of reports you have accessed, starting with the most recent ones, and toggle between showing thumbnails or a list.

The reports are listed according to recents — the ones you viewed last.

Saved views modal You could already access favorites in the reports dashboard. Now you can also see your favorite reports in the saved views modal that is available on most pages in the application. The example below shows a list of marketing calendar reports filtered by favorites.

Favorite your saved reports by selecting the star icon in the report dashboard.

These new options will help you spend less time searching and more time working.
