OpenAI adds Aha! to ChatGPT connector ecosystem for product builders

Aha! software is now available as a connector for ChatGPT's company knowledge feature. This brings together context from all your connected tools to give more comprehensive answers.

With connectors, ChatGPT can draw from the tools your company already uses — including the Aha! suite, GitHub, Google Drive, and Microsoft Teams. Product data from your Aha! account becomes part of a larger network of information, available alongside documents, calendars, and project details in your ChatGPT conversations.
Setting up the connector happens in your ChatGPT account. Sign in with your Aha! credentials, and you will see what ChatGPT can access before granting permission. (ChatGPT only accesses what a user is authorized to view in Aha! software, so permissions stay intact.) To use the connector, select Company knowledge under the message composer. ChatGPT will then look across your connected tools to bring relevant context into its answers.
This new integration option reflects how work is changing. AI tools are becoming more connected and context-aware — pulling data across systems to give better, more specific answers to complex questions. When ChatGPT can reference product information directly from Aha! software, its responses become more accurate and relevant to the work your team is doing.
Here are a few ways teams are already using it: Ask ChatGPT about upcoming releases in Aha! Roadmaps while it pulls in recent GitHub activity or context from Microsoft Teams discussions. Or review your features and goals alongside usage metrics from a spreadsheet in Google Drive — all in the same conversation.
ChatGPT provides citations with every response, so you can see exactly which sources informed the answer. This helps you verify information and explore sources in more detail.
