AI credits are now included with every Aha! software paid plan — so your team can keep moving fast and stay focused on building great products.
For the past few months, you have had access to an AI assistant purpose-built for product development. It helps you summarize research, draft content, generate records, analyze data, and even build interactive prototypes. The AI assistant has been wildly popular, and the AI prompt library makes it easy to set best practices. Now, with insights from many of you, we are introducing a use and management approach that is easy to use.
Starting today, every paid account receives a shared pool of credits with its plan that are included at no additional cost. The number of credits depends on your plan type and number of paid seats. Chatting with the AI assistant or using other AI-powered functionality (e.g., interview transcription) requires credits. The exact number of credits is based on the request's complexity and the effort required to generate results. If you have questions about usage, let us know — we're happy to help.
Account-level controls make it easy to manage usage. Billing administrators can monitor available credits in the AI credits section under Billing settings. Set individual limits in the Users section, or apply a default limit for all users in the AI controls section under Account settings. Most teams will stay well within their included credits, but you can always purchase more if needed.
This new AI credit approach is designed to make AI use across your team clear and predictable. And as always, we never use customer data to train AI models. Built-in safeguards protect your information.
