Just Launched! — Aha! + Confluence Data Center Integration
Do groups in your company use Confluence Data Center? If so, we have good news. Our integration with Confluence now supports this self-hosted edition used by larger organizations. This makes it easier than ever to share your strategy and roadmaps with others — so you can move forward together.
You can now embed a live view of Aha! roadmaps, reports, presentations, and notes in Confluence Data Center.
You could already integrate Aha! with Confluence Cloud and Server. Now you can use that same integration to share live Aha! views directly in Confluence Data Center. Simply generate a webpage link to a roadmap, report, presentation, or note. Then add the link to a Confluence page so you can share the Aha! view with the broader team.
You need to be an administrator in Confluence Data Center to add the Aha! roadmaps for Confluence app to your account. Your Aha! account administrator will need to turn on the webpage sharing option in the security and single sign-on section of your account settings if this option is not already enabled.
Here is how you can share your strategic plans in Confluence Data Center:
Do your product planning in Aha!
Create and save a roadmap or report. In the example below, we built a custom roadmap to show the progress of releases across a product portfolio. When your view is ready to share, save it and generate a view-only webpage link. Copy the link so you can display your roadmap in Confluence.
You can share almost any page in Aha! as an external webpage.
Share your plans in Confluence
Paste the webpage link in a Confluence page. The integration automatically embeds the view in an iframe. Then publish the page to see a live view of your roadmap. Any updates made in Aha! will show in Confluence, keeping the broader team informed of progress as it happens.
Any user with editing access to a Confluence page can embed an Aha! view.
