Aha! Knowledge gives you everything you need to create a well-structured, searchable knowledge base. Organize documentation into folders, apply tags to group related articles, and rely on AI-powered search to help customers get answers quickly. With real-time translation in Aha! Knowledge Advanced, you can now deliver that same experience across languages — without duplicating effort or managing separate sites.

To configure translations, head to the Overview section in your knowledge base settings. Choose the original language of your documentation to improve translation accuracy. Then, select the languages that best reflect your customer base.

Visitors will see a new Language dropdown menu in the bottom left corner of the page. When they select a language, the documentation will update — including navigation menus and document tree titles. In the example below, we made translations available in Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, and French. The experience updates instantly as the user navigates between pages.

Your customer's browser will remember their language choice for future visits.

Any new documents you publish are translated automatically. This way, you can rely on your knowledge base to stay accurate and up to date in every language.
