Just Launched! — New Filters to Identify the Most Impactful Features

“Which features will have the highest impact on revenue?” “What can we do to increase customer engagement?” Trying to sort through a long list of features to find the ones that align with certain elements of your product strategy can be hard. It would be so much easier if you could simply filter by specific scorecard metrics.

You can now filter features according to individual scorecard metrics on roadmaps, reports, and board views in Aha!

Aha! scorecards provide an objective way to rank features against your strategy. You get a set of default metrics (including sales increase, retention of customers, PR/marketing, operational efficiencies, and effort to develop) to get started. Of course, you can customize the scorecard to reflect your unique strategy. Set your own prioritization metrics, change the scale and weighting, and create advanced equations.

You could already filter features by the total score, either on the features board or in list reports. This is a useful way to determine which features will provide the most value against your overall strategy.

But let’s imagine you need to support a specific need. For example, you want to find features that will increase revenue but require a low effort to build. (Sounds great, right?) In the example below, we created a list report and used the new filters to quickly find features that meet that criteria.

This update does not apply to scorecards that are in a custom field.

The new scorecard filters are available for master features, features, and ideas. Sort by the total score or zero in on specific measurement factors. You choose — based on where you want to focus the team’s effort.
