by Brian de Haaff

We have been humbled by the feedback and growth of Aha! We are growing fast, very fast. We feel fortunate to have this opportunity and to work with so many great people and companies who are building innovative products.

Aha! now serves over 50,000 users at many of the world’s best known software and technology companies.

To keep up with the increasing demand for Aha! we are quickly scaling everything we do. And we just expanded our data center infrastructure to provide additional services that many of you have asked for.

Today, we are introducing a new Enterprise+ plan that is now the most exclusive service that we offer. It includes advanced security and backup features, ongoing product hierarchy advice, and advanced training. It provides our highest level of service for enterprise customers and large organizations who demand the best.

In addition to the features in the existing Enterprise plan, Enterprise+ customers benefit from the following capabilities and white-glove services:

  • Anti-virus scanning

  • Custom tables

  • Data encrypted at rest

  • Account backup and export

  • Product hierarchy and account set-up consultation

  • On-going product training for growing teams

  • Concierge service

Concierge service The Enterprise+ plan includes a Concierge service that allows us to provide a higher level of service to a select group of organizations who want us to take a more hands-on, consultative approach.

It’s also important to know that no one on the team receives a commission. You can be confident that we’ll make every recommendation with only your team and our relationship in mind.

We want to thank you for taking this journey with us and remind you that if you have any questions (or would like to learn more about the Enterprise+ plan) contact us at support@aha.io. A smart, former product manager, who works on our Customer Success team will respond quickly.
