6 Blog Posts to Help You Be a Great Team Builder and Player

by Keith Brown

Remember those cheesy motivational posters? You know the ones I am talking about — the ones with all-caps words like TEAMWORK bubbling up in large letter-shaped clouds between a group of skydivers holding hands mid-jump. If that seems oddly specific, it is because that very poster was pinned up in the breakroom at my first job.

We all know that inspiring real teamwork takes a lot more than tacking a poster to the wall.

No matter what your role is, your team needs you to step up every day and bring your best.

And nope, you do not need a motivational poster to do this. This is because real teamwork goes a lot deeper than that. It requires you to care deeply about your team and the work you are doing together each day.

What is your advice for getting teams to work together?
