Improvements
When long AI chats may reduce answer quality, you will see an Optimize chat prompt in the AI assistant chat window. Click it to start a new thread with an AI-generated summary. This offers clearer context as you keep working.
The Recycle bin will retain deleted records for 30 days.
You can now add new status categories or rename and reorder built-in status categories in your account settings. This helps match how your team works.

You can now update a document's workflow status or revision status through the Aha! REST API.
Select Generate image and select an image style in a note's header to prompt the AI assistant to generate a header image.
Note: Generating a header image uses one AI credit.
