You could already add images to creative briefs, but we wanted to improve the experience. This update gives you greater control over how you display images so you can provide better creative guidance.

You can add marketing workspaces for your team to any paid or trial Aha! account at no additional cost. Workspace owners and contributors can then create and share creative briefs. And to make it easy to link creative briefs to specific activities, an Aha! administrator with customization permissions needs to add the creative brief custom field to the activities screen layout.

Here is how to create and share creative briefs in your marketing workspace:

Add your insights The creative brief template in Aha! provides a useful structure for capturing important information about your upcoming program or campaign — such as the objective, launch date, budget, audience, and key messages. Simply click Add creative brief and start entering what makes your program unique.

Add as many creative briefs as you need and filter by time frame to quickly find the one you want.

Add and edit banner images Include a banner image in each creative brief to set the tone for your program. You can zoom, move, and rotate the image using the new image editor — giving the team visual guidance to inspire creativity.

Preview how your image will look before you save it.

Share with the team Add your creative brief to an Aha! notebook and share it via a secure web page or PDF. For notebooks, choose between live view (a view that you can refresh to show the latest) or a snapshot in time. This is a great way to align everyone — including internal stakeholders and external agencies — on exactly what you want to deliver.
