Just Launched! — One Place to Manage All of Your Product Management Tasks

“Is this a bug or expected behavior? Have you reviewed the new UI designs yet? And can you restock the snack fridge while you are at it?” Some days it feels like the entire company is chasing you down for answers — everybody wants something. All of this on top of your already long list of tasks to track and complete each day.

We do our best to help tame the madness. Aha! helps you set brilliant strategy, capture ideas, prioritize features, and create visual roadmaps. We also created a “My work” page to give product managers a simple way to track their work.

Many of you already rely on this visual task board daily to see what needs to be done and when. But you told us that you wanted to see a complete view of your work — not just features and to-dos.

With today’s update, you can now see all releases, master features, features, requirements, to-dos, and ideas that are assigned to you (or others) in one view.

Unfortunately, we cannot help you source the gluten-free pretzels that Ryan from sales prefers. (Or the vegan hummus that goes with it.) But we hope this update will make it easier to stay on top of what is next — so you can spend less time remembering what needs to be done and more time actually doing it.

Take a look at what you can do:

See a centralized view of all work
Check the status and due date of releases, features, and ideas that are assigned to you. You can also view to-dos in a checklist. This lets you see all your work in one place so you can plan your day and decide where to focus first.

To see work that is assigned to other users, select their name from the dropdown menu on the left.

Track release progress
Only want to monitor the progress of releases? See it all, including the number of features and requirements that need to be delivered and the percent complete. You can view by team member or by workflow status. This allows you to understand if the release is on track and where help might be needed.

Click on the number of features or requirements to see the details.

View master features, features, and requirements
See the master features, features, and requirements that are assigned to you. Records are grouped by release and displayed in date order, with the most immediate release at the top. Click on the record name to open up a drawer view and make updates.

Complete to-dos on time
Manage your checklist of to-dos and filter them by timeframe to see what needs to be done and when. You can also see the status of the tasks you have assigned (both open and completed tasks) and create new ones from this page. This helps you manage cross-functional deliverables and be mindful as you assign additional to-dos to the team.

Sort to-dos by completed date, due date, assignee, product, or record type.

Make this view your Aha! home page so you can start each day with an overview of what you need to accomplish.

Many of us already have — including our CEO, Brian de Haaff. (He prefers pita over pretzels, but says lemon hummus is always a safe bet.)
