Create multiple prototype variations with AI
Prototypes are a powerful way to visualize and validate new customer experiences before you build them. But there is rarely just one way to solve a problem. Exploring different workflows, designs, and functionality can help you find the best approach — but creating each version individually takes time. Now you can ask Elle, the AI assistant in Aha! software, to generate multiple prototype variations at once on a whiteboard.

Explore multiple approaches before you build
You can already use Elle to quickly create interactive prototypes that reflect your feature requirements. Now, you can take that exploration further by generating multiple concepts at once — giving you more options to consider before you commit to a direction.
There are two ways to generate prototype variations, depending on where you want to start. Go to a feature's Research tab and add prototype variations from the Concepts section. Elle uses the context in the feature description to create four distinct concepts.
Or start from an existing prototype on a whiteboard. Open Elle and select Explore variations in the prototype toolbar, then choose how Elle approaches the new set:
Number of variations: Ask Elle to generate between one and six new prototypes.
Similarity: Choose between small changes and vastly different approaches.
Variation focus: Focus on functionality or design, or describe specifically what you want Elle to vary.
Elle places the new prototypes together on the whiteboard and describes the strengths and trade-offs of each. Share the whiteboard with your team to discuss the differences and choose a direction to refine. Then, create as many more variations as you need to get it right.
Prototype variations are available in Aha! Whiteboards Essentials, which is included with every Aha! software plan. Any user who can create a prototype can generate prototype variations with Elle.
