Add individual Aha! Discovery users to your Aha! Roadmaps account

by Claire George

We recently launched Aha! Discovery: the new way to manage customer interviews. Product, research, and UX teams are excited to better understand customer needs and link insights directly to the roadmap. Today's update gives you a new way to collaborate on product discovery with these teammates — without having to pay for extra Aha! Roadmaps seats.

Add individual Aha! Discovery users to your Aha! Roadmaps account. Now, everyone involved in product discovery work can manage customer research in one place and link key insights to your product plans.

Of course, not everyone who conducts research studies and interviews customers also creates strategic roadmaps (and vice versa). So we are launching two new licensing options to offer the flexibility you need.

  • Add individual Aha! Discovery Advanced users to an Aha! Roadmaps Enterprise or Enterprise+ plan ($59 per user per month for an annual plan) to enable those colleagues to contribute to product discovery.

  • Give a subset of existing Aha! Roadmaps users access to Aha! Discovery Advanced functionality ($40 per user per month for an annual plan) to ensure new initiatives and features are all customer-driven.

Adding individual Aha! Discovery Advanced users to your Aha! Roadmaps account gives these users viewer or reviewer permissions in the Aha! Roadmaps workspaces they can access. This allows them to view your product plans — including strategy, releases, features, and roadmaps. Reviewers can also link interview highlights and insights reports directly to Aha! records and convert transcript copy into new ideas.

In the example below, a UX designer at Fredwin Cycling (a fictitious fitness app) is running a usability study related to its GPS tracking functionality. During an interview, an end user shares some valuable feedback about how the experience could be improved. The designer uses the AI assistant in Aha! Discovery to quickly analyze the video transcript and highlight key learnings. Then, they link the new insights directly to a feature that the product team is exploring so there is clear evidence to guide development.

Empower everyone involved in product discovery to capture and share customer knowledge in one place.

Note that a minimum of three Aha! Discovery Advanced seats is required (unless you have fewer than three users in your Aha! Roadmaps account). These can be a mix of individual Aha! Discovery add-on users and upgraded Aha! Roadmaps users. Interested in seeing the possibilities firsthand? Request a demo of Aha! Discovery today.
