We had a problem

Our group is responsible for new client software engagements. Previously, we used multiple tools to manage different types of product information, such as ideas, features, and release plans. This made it difficult to set a high-level strategy and to manage implementation timelines.

We also spent countless hours updating presentations so that we could share ideas and plans with customers. We needed a tool that would bring together all of our product information in one place and allow us to better collaborate.

It also enables quick feedback loops. This means that we can continuously improve the product throughout the development process and deliver exactly what our customers want.
