Your trial account is your permanent Aha! account and all your data and integrations will remain intact. Your Aha! administrator can go to the Billings section in your account setting, choose one of our plans, and sign up. Yes, the price you pay changes based on the plan you select, number of users in the account, and a modest cost-of-living annual adjustment. The price increases three percent annually to help offset our own costs rising and to help us continue to support people in need through Aha! Cares.
Aha! Ideas Essentials is part of every Aha! Roadmaps plan. This is because crowdsourcing feedback is vital to understanding and building what customers want. You can upgrade your Aha! Roadmaps account to include Aha! Ideas Advanced. It can be added to any annual plan for $20 per user per month or to any monthly plan for $25 per user per month. (The Startup pack is exempt.) Everything in the Aha! Create Essentials plan is included in other Aha! products at no additional cost.
