We had a problem
Our product team always struggled to connect our daily tasks to the big picture. There was no easy way to link what we were developing to the overall company strategy. In fact, this was a much more high-level problem — there was no easy way to keep our product team on track towards the same shared goals and initiatives. Tracing our development tickets back to original requests was a convoluted, manual process. As a result, the roadmaps we presented became disconnected from our Jira reality. We had no means of syncing the two together. This evolved into a big issue that negatively impacted our roadmaps.

Now, we can run reports for almost every product/project-related meeting using Aha! We save a lot of time doing this that we can direct into our product planning.
