Get started with the Aha! Create Basic plan for free. Add up to 30 documents, share them with anyone, and collaborate in real time. Purchase the Essentials plan to get unlimited documents.
Correct — a credit card is not required to use the Basic plan. However, your account must remain active. If you do not use it for more than 60 days, we will notify you and may delete it due to the costs required to provide the service.
You can work on up to 30 documents for free. Once you reach the limit, you can keep using your documents but you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to add more. You can upgrade on the Subscription page in your account settings.
All Aha! products — Aha! Roadmaps, Aha! Ideas, and Aha! Develop — include all the functionality in the Aha! Create Essentials plan at no additional cost. If you want a separate Aha! Create account, you will need to use a different email address.

The Aha! Create Basic plan includes 30 documents and all the functionality you need to organize and share notes and whiteboards. The Essentials plan provides unlimited documents. Soon this plan will also include a team workspace and custom whiteboard templates. The Advanced plan (coming soon) will include multiple workspaces and additional design packs.
We offer both monthly and annual billing options for Aha! Create paid plans. Choose the annual plan for a discount. Both are paid by credit card directly within your account. You have the option of being invoiced if you have 20 or more users in your account. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up invoicing.
Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual payments. You can also upgrade from the Basic plan to the Essentials or Advanced plan (coming soon). Contact us at email@example.com if you want to make a change.
Yes — the price you pay changes based on the plan you select, number of users in the account, and a modest cost-of-living annual adjustment. The price increases three percent annually to help offset our own costs rising and to help us continue to support people in need through Aha! Cares.
All Aha! products — Aha! Roadmaps, Aha! Ideas, and Aha! Develop — include all the functionality in Aha! Create Essentials at no additional cost. Once available, you will be able to add on the Aha! Create Advanced plan for unlimited team workspaces, advanced design packs, and more.
A document refers to any note or whiteboard in your Aha! Create account.
A workspace is a dedicated space where teams can collaborate on notes and whiteboards. The Essentials plan will include one team workspace and the Advanced plan will include unlimited team workspaces.
You can share documents with anyone by copying and sending out a link. New Aha! Create users will need to start a free Aha! Create account to access the link. Existing users will see the link in the Shared with me section of their account. The link will expire after six days if it is not opened. You can enable or disable sharing at any time.
When you share a document, you can control whether it is view only or if it can be edited. Once shared, you will see a list of everyone who has access and can change individual sharing permissions.
Yes. Once someone shares a document and you click on the link, it will be counted in your total number of documents. You can remove a shared document from your account at any time and it will not count towards the limit.
