Our team

As an entirely distributed company, we have team members working in locations throughout the U.S. and a few international locations too. Our team is rapidly expanding to meet customer demand for our roadmapping software.

Core values

The Responsive Method (TRM) drives us. It is a simple way to create mutually beneficial interactions. TRM is grounded in the belief that sustainable, lasting success and happiness originate in the respect for and service to others.

It is centered around the belief that interactions with urgency are what propel people and organizations forward. It is a framework for people and organizations to get the most out of today’s abundant free-flow of information while staying on track towards a goal.

Following the eight principles of TRM will result in an organization of people who reach the ultimate goal — real value for customers and sustainable happiness.

  1. Goal first

    Establish a true north for where you are headed. If you do not have a vision, it will be difficult to identify which major requests are aligned with your goal.

  2. Go boldly

    Creating something positive and lasting is profound. But there is no guide. Courage gives you the confidence to attempt what has not been done before.

  3. Perfect moments

    Perfect moments are times when we reach an ideal state. We believe that they can be achieved every day and are required to create lasting greatness.

  4. Wow, curious!

    Curiosity is fundamental to learning and an indicator of future success. If you are curious, you are interested and invested and alert and engaged when you interact with others.

  5. Interrupt driven

    Embrace interruptions. A request is the only sign you have that someone needs something from you right now.

  6. Yea or nay now

    The key is to digest information and its importance as quickly as possible so you can get on to the next request and continue creating more value.

  7. Transparent

    Allow others to peek inside and understand why you responded the way you did, rather than just giving your response. Explaining the “why” makes the “what” simple to digest and dignifies the requestor.

  8. Kind

    Being kind allows you to stay in control, remain humble, and maintain perspective. While it does not mean that you will always agree with everyone, it does enable you to stay calm and build strong relationships.
