This week, we enhanced Aha! automation. Enterprise+ customers can now dynamically assign work to a teammate listed in a standard or custom user field on a given record. When you create an automation rule, choose “the same as” configuration option to ensure records are assigned to the right person.

Improvements

• If you attempt to click away from the field mappings step of an integration's settings without saving your progress, Aha! will now warn you that you have unsaved changes.

• On a release Gantt chart, a master feature Gantt chart, or a strategy roadmap, you now have the option to hide features without dates. Click the More options menu beside a release, master feature, or initiative, then select Hide features with no dates to hide records, or Show hidden features to show them again.

• You can now attach .mov videos to ideas submitted through ideas portals.

• The original_estimate, remaining_estimate, and work_done fields are now available on custom worksheets that reference initiatives.

Fixes

• When you replied to an email notification, there was an issue where your entire thread was included in the comment on the record.
