May 17, 2019 release notes
This week, we added the ability to find reports and roadmaps faster with new filters that show recently viewed and favorites.
The new filters appear in two locations. The Roadmaps Dashboard page now includes a Recents section that displays your four most recently viewed reports and a Recents quick filter on the left sidebar now shows a complete list of your recently accessed reports. The second location is the Saved views tab in the Views modal (shown below), which can be found on many reports and roadmaps throughout the application.
Improvements
Notebooks have been improved in a number of ways. First, the slide editor will now use the same 16:9 aspect ratio that is used when presenting. This makes it easier to know where elements on each slide will be positioned when presenting the notebook. This change is only present in new or regenerated notebooks. Any existing notebooks will continue to work as they always have. Once the Publish updates button has been clicked, the notebook will be updated to the new aspect ratio. Next, extra black bars have been added to web page views to ensure that what is viewed is exactly what is displayed while editing the slide. Lastly, a new Present option has been added to the notebook slide editor. Click here for a complete description of these changes.
Goals can now be rolled up to multiple higher-level goals using the Roll up to product line goals field. Prior to this change, goals could only roll up to one higher-level goal.
