Aha! Develop | Team import settings
Team-level settings affect a particular team in your Aha! Develop account. This article will explain each team setting in the Imports section at a high level and link to detailed articles should you want more information.
If you want to connect your Aha! Develop account to another source like GitHub or Jira to pull work from those backlogs and commit to it as a team, you may want to install one of our importer extensions — or create your own.
Open your team settings by navigating to Settings ⚙️ Team. You will need to have owner user permissions to do this.

Import from CSV
The CSV import is the most versatile option available to you. Almost any data source you use can provide you with a CSV export. The CSV import wizard in Aha! Develop will walk you through the fields you can import, how to format them, and how to link your import's columns with the right Aha! Develop fields.
You can import the following record types by CSV file:
Epics
Features
Releases
Teams
Aha! Develop account users
You can use the CSV import to create new data in Aha! or to edit existing data.

Import from Trello
If you built your backlog in Trello initially, you do not have to recreate your work in your new Aha! Develop team. Use our Trello import to pull records directly from Trello into your Work backlog.

Import from Confluence
If you are storing product information in notes in Confluence (Cloud, Data Center, or Server), you can easily import it all into Aha! Develop — so you can centralize product information in the platform where you are working the most. Anyone with contributor permissions to a team can import notes from Confluence.
The Import from Confluence will allow you to import the following information:
Notes
Images
Attachments
We recommend that you use this import as a one-time migrations of notes.
