Improvements

• When enabling two-factor authentication for your account, you now have the choice to apply it to all users (including single sign-on users) or username and password users only.

• You can now resize the left panel on the My work page.

Aha! Roadmaps

Improvements

• When converting records from one type to another, their history will be retained — so you can trace a record's changes.

• You can now report on an initiative or roll-up initiative's goal field.

• You can now bulk edit records to update their date range calculation.

• For customers using Aha! Roadmaps with the Aha! Ideas Advanced plan, the Ideas section of a feature's Research tab now links to pivot reports showing the total votes and organizations — helping you understand customer needs.

Improvements

• We added an ideas portal setting to configure indexing by search engines. This lets search engines know whether they should index your ideas portal.

  Note: Not indexing your portal can make it more difficult for people to find without a direct link.
