Aha! Knowledge | My work

Manage your to-dos and personal documents from your My work page. From here, you can complete and track to-dos assigned to you and that you have assigned to collaborators, quickly access documents you are watching, and create personal notes and whiteboards that only you can access.

Click any of the following links to skip ahead:


View notifications across all workspaces you have permission to access. You will see an indicator next to Notifications if you have unread notifications. Click in to your Notifications page to view them.



See all meetings where you are added as an attendee.

  • Use filters to switch between Upcoming and Past meetings.

  • Filter for Workspace or meeting Owner.

  • Click a meeting to open its details and edit its agenda, add attendees, and view attached to-dos.

  • Navigate to video conferencing links directly from your Meetings page.



Track your to-dos that are Due now, Due Later, or Due this week from the top of your your My work page. Add to-dos to track deadlines, tasks, and reminders for any selected day.

Click the + in the To-dos section to create a new to-do on your My work page. Use the left side navigation to go directly to your To-dos page.




Find documents you have accessed recently on the Recents page. Both personal documents and workspace documents will populate here along with a thumbnail, the document title, and date it was last accessed.

Shared with me

Documents that others have shared with you will populate here. This includes workspace documents personal documents that colleagues have given you permission to access.


My documents

The My documents section is home to all of your personal documents. Use personal notes and whiteboards for anything — ideas you want to remember, meetings you need to prepare for — even personal goals and aspirations.

Organize your documents just as you would workspace or team notes. If you want to move one of your personal documents to a workspace, click the More options button in the top-right corner of the document and select Move note. Then select the workspace you where you want it to be located.
