Aha! Ideas | Improve email reception

If you believe that emails from Aha! Ideas are being rejected by your corporate email server or caught by email spam filters, there are two ways to ensure that Aha! Ideas emails will be received by your email server.

First, add the following email domains to your allow list:

@mailer.aha.io
@iad-prod1.mailer.aha.io
@iad-prod2.mailer.aha.io
@iad-prod3.mailer.aha.io
@dub-prod4.mailer.aha.io

Second, add the following IP addresses to your allow list. Aha! Ideas uses these to send emails:

198.2.186.180
54.240.46.204
54.240.46.205
