What can I do with Aha! Create Essentials?

Keep track of everything

Create as many notes as you need. Build out a central shared knowledge base in your workspace that is easy to access for everyone on the team. Add a date to a note to add it to the personal calendar view on the My work page for anyone who is watching it — so the notes you need for any given date will be ready at hand.


Think visually

Bring new concepts to life with powerful whiteboard functionality. Build beautiful process diagrams and user flows that you can use to communicate complex product concepts. Use a built-in library of purpose-built whiteboard templates to start your next collaborative session with structure and inspiration.


Share with anyone

Share personal notes and whiteboards with anyone — even non-Aha! users. This empowers you to gather input from people outside your immediate product team — such as teammates in other areas of the business, contractors, partners, and even customers. Anyone who is not an Aha! user will be prompted to sign up for a free Aha! Create account so they can view the document you have shared. Control who can access or edit your document at any time.


Collaborate seamlessly

Your entire team can access and edit whiteboards or notes for a brainstorming session. Collaborate in real time or asynchronously to gather input, refine concepts, and align on the best path forward. You can even promote whiteboard objects to records in your Aha! account so you can follow up on the most actionable concepts that came out of your brainstorming session.


Do I need to make a new account to use Aha! Create?

No — your Aha! Roadmaps account includes the Aha! Create Essentials plan at no extra cost.


How do I access Aha! Create from my Aha! Roadmaps account?

The notes and whiteboards available in Aha! Create are already integrated into your Aha! Roadmaps account through workspace notes and your personal notes on the My work page. But you will find Aha! Create functionality built in alongside other Aha! Roadmaps functionality that you use every day. For example, you can embed whiteboards in feature and initiative descriptions to add additional context to your strategy and work.

Access workspace notes and whiteboards

Navigate to Notebook Documents in a workspace to access the workspace's notes and whiteboards.

Access personal notes and whiteboards

Click your profile picture in the upper right corner and select My work to access personal notes and your Calendar view.

Add whiteboards to features and initiatives

Use the Aha! text editor to embed a whiteboard into any feature or initiative description. Just click + and select Whiteboard from the text editor's toolbar.
