Improvements

• Idea statuses in either pivot rows or pivot columns will now automatically sort in their specified workflow sequence. Feature statuses already behaved in this manner and now you can expect consistent and logical sorting results when creating pivot reports with idea statuses.

• The API has been updated to support creating, retrieving, updating, and deleting 'pages' objects.
