Aha! Notebooks | Invite users to your account (Advanced plan)
Your Aha! Notebooks account is the perfect place to collaborate on notes and whiteboards. With the Aha! Notebooks Advanced plan, billing administrators can invite users to join you in a few quick steps.
First you must ensure that you have paid seats available in your account. You will need to contact the Aha! product success team to add seats — but you can see how many seats you have available now from your billing settings.
Click your profile photo or initials in the upper right and navigate to Settings ⚙️ Account Billing Users. Then click Add user. Enter the new user’s email address and first and last name and select their permission level for each workspace in your account. If you choose, you can add a message for the new user’s invitation.
If you want the new user to have account, billing, or customization administrator permissions, click Show options next to Administrator roles to define additional permissions for the user.
When you are finished, click Add user. The new users will receive an email inviting them to join your account. Once they have accepted the invitation and set up their user account, you can update their user permissions at any time.
