Aha! Notebooks comes with two plan options. The Aha! Notebooks Essentials plan includes everything individuals need to create beautiful note and whiteboard documents.

The Advanced plan is for teams that want to collaborate on documents together. With the Advanced plan, you can create workspaces where the entire team can seamlessly create and collaborate on collections of notes and whiteboards together. Other advanced features, such as single sign-on, are coming soon.

Unlimited team workspaces

Workspaces make it possible for everyone on your team to create and collaborate from a centralized location. Think of a workspace as a notebook that an entire team can access.

Create as many workspaces as you need and organize them into a hierarchy and reflects your organizational structure — or create a workspace surrounding a specific theme of work. You can create as many workspaces in your account as you need, and collect similar workspaces under workspace lines.

Convey the right message in whatever you write — use AI to support your writing. Every Aha! Notebooks account can create up to 100 drafts per month with the AI writing assistant. But with the Advanced plan, you can create unlimited drafts with AI — so writing assistance will always be there when you need it.
