December 25, 2021 maintenance notice

We will be performing routine maintenance to the Aha! databases in order to upgrade our performance and quality of service. We chose this day and time to minimize the impact to customers because most people will not be working. Your Aha! account may be unavailable during this time.

When is the maintenance planned?

Saturday, December 25, 2021 beginning at 5:00am Pacific time. The maintenance will not take long at all, and will end by 6:00am Pacific time on that day.

Will my Aha! account be affected?

During the maintenance, you may not be able to log in to your Aha! account or to any ideas portal. The API will be disabled, which means that changes from integrated systems will not be synced in real-time. However, all inbound and outbound mail will be queued until the maintenance is complete.

We will be performing the upgrade and monitoring the application closely throughout the scheduled maintenance window.

Do I need to prepare for the planned maintenance?
