Aha! Discovery | Integrate with Zoom
Use these instructions to connect Aha! Discovery to Zoom.

Authentication
First you must authenticate Zoom with your Aha! Discovery user. To do this:
Navigate to Settings Personal Discovery services.
Beside Zoom, click Link account.
Click to Allow Aha! Discovery the appropriate permissions.
Your Zoom account will now be linked. Click Unlink account at any time to unlink your Zoom account.
Link to an interview
You are now ready to use the Zoom integration to host interviews. To do this:
Create a study. Be sure to add Aha! Discovery users to it as Researchers.
Click on the Participants page to add participants to your study. These are people outside your Aha! Discovery account that you want to interview.
Click on the Interviews page, then click Add interview to create an interview. Add the Researcher(s) who will be conducting the interview and any Participants who will attend it.
Once you have created the interview, click on the interview's Title. This will open details about the interview in a drawer view.
Click on the Meeting host field. Since you have already linked your Zoom account, you will see [your name] (Zoom) as an option. Select your Zoom account.
Next to the Meeting link field, click Generate meeting link to generate the Zoom meeting link your participants will access to join your interview.
In your Zoom account calendar, you will now see your meeting scheduled. Click on it to see details of your interview, including the status of the participants you invited.
Host an interview
When the time comes, host your Aha! Discovery interview over Zoom. To do this:
The button next to the Meeting link field has now turned into a Join meeting icon. Click it to open Zoom and join the Zoom meeting.
In Zoom, host your interview! Be sure to Record the interview so that Zoom will retain the recording and compile a transcript.
When you have finished your interview, Stop the recording and End the Zoom meeting.
Return to Aha! Discovery. As soon as Zoom has finished uploading the recording and transcript, your interview will display both.
