Set up Google as your identity provider. This integration allows users to securely log in to your Aha! Ideas account using their Google app credentials. You can also enable SSO for your ideas portals using OpenID Connect or SAML 2.0 so customers and employees can easily share requests and feedback. Securely share reports and notes with single sign-on enabled webpages.
Simplify user management
Securely manage all of your enterprise applications in one place. Add and revoke user access to Aha! Ideas via Google Cloud Identity. Define the permissions that new users will receive the first time they log in to your Ideas account. You can also use SSO for giving non-Aha! users access to shared webpages like notes and reports.
Control access to ideas
Using single sign-on makes it even easier for customers and employees to submit new ideas and vote on existing ones in your ideas portal. This helps your community seamlessly participate in idea management. Customers on the Ideas Advanced plan can share the same SSO integration for multiple portals.
